Mercoledì 27 aprile il grande fotografo statunitense Robert Herman guiderà i partecipanti al workshop ilas sulla street photography a Napoli.

Dopo aver raccontato New York nel suo ultimo lavoro THE PHONE BOOK, interamente realizzato usando un Iphone e HipStamatic, l’applicazione che consente di utilizzare il telefono come una macchina fotografica old fashion, Herman guiderà i partecipanti al workshop per le strade di Napoli alternando momenti di teoria in aula con sessioni in esterna per catturare l’anima della città.

Leonardo Sonnoli (Trieste, 1962) graphic designer, ha lavorato e lavora, tra gli altri, per La Biennale di Venezia, lo Château des Versailles, la François Pinault Foundation, il Centre Pompidou, il Mart di Rovereto, lo Studio Giulio Iacchetti, GQ Magazine, The New York Times, Artissima, Zanotta.



Tra i suoi progetti: la grafica ambientale per le aree di accoglienza del Castello di Versailles, l’identità visiva della 50a Biennale di Venezia, la comunicazione delle attività culturali di Palazzo Grassi.

Nel 2004 Phaidon Press nel suo volume AREA l’ha inserito, unico italiano, nell’elenco dei cento più importanti e innovativi graphic designer del panorama mondiale. Nel 2011 ha ottenuto il Compasso d’Oro (oltre a due Menzioni speciali negli anni 2001 e 2014).




Ha insegnato al RISD - Rhode Island School of Design (USA) e all’Università Iuav di Venezia; attualmente è docente all’ISIA di Urbino.

Membro, tra i pochissimi italiani, dell’Alliance Graphique Internationale, ne presiede il Gruppo italiano. Collabora con Il Sole 24 Ore ed è partner dello studio Tassinari/Vetta. Vive e lavora a Rimini.
